We offer new and used firearms, receivers, magazines, parts, accessories, optics, illumination devices, and ammunition. Some products are subject to federal, state, and local restrictions and may not be available in your jurisdiction. Please verify your local laws before ordering.

Purchasing Firearms Online

Federal law prohibits shipping firearms to anyone who does not hold a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL). Firearms purchased online may be picked up in-store or shipped to an FFL dealer near you.

During checkout, you will select an FFL. Lycan Arms may contact and verify the FFL prior to shipment. We recommend contacting your chosen FFL before purchase to confirm transfer fees and policies.

Shipping Policy

We ship orders from in-store inventory or distributor warehouses via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking is provided for UPS and FedEx shipments. Processing time is typically 1–3 business days; overall fulfillment is usually 3–10 business days, not including carrier transit delays or backorders.

• Firearms ship only to verified FFL dealers; adult signature is required at pickup.
• Ammunition ships ground with adult signature required and cannot be air shipped.
• We ship to U.S. addresses only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes where prohibited by carrier or law.
• Orders with multiple items may ship separately at our discretion to meet compliance and availability.
• Address accuracy is the customer’s responsibility; undeliverable/redirected shipments may incur additional charges.

If an item is returned to us due to noncompliance, refusal, or failure to complete a transfer, associated shipping charges and a restocking fee may apply (see Refund & Return Policy).

Firearm Transfers

• The seller must request our FFL copy by emailing Sales@LycanArms.com.
• Transfer fees:
  • Standard firearms: $50.00 per serial number
  • NFA items: $150.00 per serial number
• After your firearm is received and checked in, we will contact you to schedule pickup. Please bring a valid state ID or driver’s license.

Do not arrive immediately after the carrier marks a package “delivered.” Processing time is required before your transfer can be completed.

Any firearm not picked up within 60 days of delivery to Lycan Arms LLC is considered forfeited and becomes the property of Lycan Arms LLC. We will make multiple contact attempts using the information provided.

Refund & Return Policy

Contact us within 15 business days of receipt if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Returns require a Return Authorization (RA). Items must be in original condition and packaging where applicable.

• Refund eligibility ends once a firearm has been transferred to you (i.e., after Form 4473/NICS approval and pickup).
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• Returns for customer error, refusal, or noncompliance may be subject to a restocking fee (up to 15%) plus return shipping.

All sales are final on the following:

• Special orders
• Products sold “as is,” “used,” or installed/used after receipt
• NFA items
• Illumination devices, electronic sights, and optics

NFA Items

We work to simplify the ATF Form 4 filing process. The buyer is responsible for accurate personal information on the Form 4 and fingerprint cards.

If your Form 4 is disapproved or you choose to withdraw, a 25% restocking fee will apply unless you opt to refile.

Used Firearms

Used firearm sales are final. Descriptions and photos (if provided) are based on seller information.

General Firearm Sales

• All firearms, magazines, receivers, and restricted law-enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• Certain items may be restricted in your area. Please verify local laws before ordering.
• New firearms ship in the manufacturer’s original packaging with included magazines, accessories, and warranty materials.
• Warranty service is provided by the original manufacturer unless otherwise stated in writing.

Order Fulfillment

Orders typically ship within 3–10 business days from in-store inventory or distributor warehouses via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking is provided for UPS and FedEx shipments.

Online Pricing & Description Errors

We strive for accuracy, but errors can occur. Lycan Arms reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders due to pricing, description, or inventory inaccuracies. If an order is canceled, you will not be charged or a full refund will be issued.

Ammunition Purchases

• 18+ for rifle/shotgun ammunition; 21+ for handgun ammunition.
• All ammunition ships ground with adult signature required.
• Use only the correct ammunition for your firearm and comply with local laws.

Privacy Policy

Lycan Arms LLC values your privacy. We collect only what’s necessary to process orders, provide services, and keep you informed.

• Payment information processed and stored by third-party payment providers per their privacy policies
• Optional survey/feedback information you choose to share

Retention: We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes collected and to comply with legal obligations.

Messaging Terms & Conditions

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational texts from Lycan Arms LLC. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. Your consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

• If you change or transfer your mobile number, reply “STOP” from the original number or notify us at Sales@LycanArms.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Terms & Conditions

• By placing an order, you affirm you are of legal age and meet all federal, state, and local requirements to purchase and possess the items ordered.
• Firearms ship only to FFL licensees, and transfers are subject to completion of all required background checks and documentation.
• You are responsible for knowing your local laws; orders found noncompliant may be canceled or modified.
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon carrier acceptance. Report shipping damage to the carrier and us within 48 hours of delivery.
• We may limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel orders at our discretion to ensure compliance and prevent fraud.
• Use products safely and as intended. Lycan Arms is not liable for misuse, improper installation, or incompatible ammunition/parts.
• These Terms are governed by the laws of our business jurisdiction. Venue and jurisdiction for disputes shall lie in the courts of that jurisdiction.
